My First Gingerbread House
I began my gingerbread house in class. I baked the pieces and brought them home with me. It took several days to decorate with royal icing and another few days to assemble. The windows on the front are made out of melted Jolly Ranchers. The railing is made out of spaghetti. It was quite challenging especially the porch and gazebo. My favorite parts are the bay windows, the 2nd floor windows and their flower boxes and Mr. Snowman.

Grandpa Romo Cake
I made this cake for my friend Patty's dad. She wanted something that included the grandchildren. So I made a gift representing each grandchild surrounding their grandpa. Each gift is made out of rice krispy treats covered in fondant. Grandpa is made out of fondant and his chair is made out of rice krispy treats covered in fondant. It is yellow cake filled with coffee bean filling made by my sister :)

Super Heroes Unite for Roman's Birthday
Roman turned 4 and wanted a super hero cake. He gave me a long list of everyone he wanted but I had to shorten it to 4: Superman, Incredible Hulk, Batman and Spiderman are all made of fondant and details were drawn on with edible ink. My favorite super hero is Superman, it's the hair ;)
