I made this cake for my roommate's boyfriend's birthday trip to the UFC 100 fight. The fencing was supposed to be made out of royal icing but it was too fragile to survive the drive to Las Vegas. I opted instead to use tulle.Middle Picture: Owners of Tapout, the birthday boy and my cake!
