My First Gingerbread House

Max the Cat was curious to see what I was making.

I began my gingerbread house in class. I baked the pieces and brought them home with me. It took several days to decorate with royal icing and another few days to assemble. The windows on the front are made out of melted Jolly Ranchers. The railing is made out of spaghetti. It was quite challenging especially the porch and gazebo. My favorite parts are the bay windows, the 2nd floor windows and their flower boxes and Mr. Snowman.

Mini Wall-E Cake


This cake was for Dylan, a big Wall-E fan. Wall-E's limbs and wheels are made out of fondant. His eyes are made out of cardboard and foam.

Dirt Bike Cake

Mayra gave me a picture of her boyfriend's dirt bike. I made it out of fondant and used brown sugar as dirt.

House Warming Cake


Joelette asked for a housewarming cake, something cute & simple.

Twilight Cake


My friend asked for a Twilight cake and my boyfriend gave me the idea of Bella & Edward in the meadow.

Jungle Cake

This cake was for 1 year old Brayden. His mom wanted the Amazon Jungle cake but instead I made the animals like the decorations and plates.

Navy Seabee

This cake was for my sister's Navy Reserve Unit. It's head and limbs are made out of rice krispy treat.

Disco Hello Kitty & DJ

This cake was created for Eleanor, one of the biggest Hello Kitty fans I know.

Louis Vuitton Handbag


This is my first purse cake. It was made for a fashionista friend of ours. The cake is covered in fondant with gum paste accents. The logos are hand painted with gold luster dust.

This was for an employee's going away. Stagecoach is covered in fondant. Gold details are hand painted.

Welcome Baby Drew


This cake was made to welcome baby Drew. Drew, his teddy bear & blankey are made out of fondant. It is a strawberry cake with vanilla icing covered in fondant.

Girly Girl Cupcakes





These cute cupcakes were made for my brother's coworker who is leaving. He wanted "pink" & "girly" cupcakes. So I made strawberry & chocolate cupcakes with vanilla icing. Each cupcake has a different styled purse.

Spongebob Cupcakes

These cupcakes were made for friend to take to her son's class. Spongebobs, Patrick & Pineapples were draw free-hand on gumpaste with edible markers. Cupcakes are vanilla cake with vanilla icing.

Chargers Cake


This cake was made for a Chargers fan. The face mask is made out of fondant/gumpaste mix held with toothpicks. The helmet is strawberry cake with vanilla filling. The bolts and logos are colored using edible markers.

Dora & Diego


This cake was made for Somi's 3rd birthday. Dora & Diego's heads and limbs are made out of rice krispy treats. Their bodies are made out of chocolate and vanilla cake. Boots is made out of fondant.

Grandpa Romo Cake


I made this cake for my friend Patty's dad. She wanted something that included the grandchildren. So I made a gift representing each grandchild surrounding their grandpa. Each gift is made out of rice krispy treats covered in fondant. Grandpa is made out of fondant and his chair is made out of rice krispy treats covered in fondant. It is yellow cake filled with coffee bean filling made by my sister :)

My First Wedding Cake





This is my first wedding cake. It was for my brother's coworker. She wanted the cake to have a quilt pattern and yellow flowers. It was a bit nerve wrecking since so many people were going to see it...400 +! I was very happy with the final outcome!

Punching Bag Cake

A friend requested a punching bag cake for a birthday/fight party. It is 6 layers of chocolate cake with whipped chocolate frosting covered in a chocolate fudge frosting wrapped in chocolate fondant!

It's A Jungle Out There!

Alma requested this cake for her baby shower. It is a Wilton cake. The animals were fun and easy to make. Assembling the cake was difficult since the animals were fragile and started cracking. In the end it was well worth it. The mommy-to-be loved it!

John Cena/U Can't C Me

This cake was requested by my friend Jessica. She provided the logo for the cake. Her family was thrilled since they are huge wrestling fans. This is marble cake with strawberries & vanilla filling.

A friend requested boxing gloves for her dad. One is Yellow cake with Chocolate filling and the other is Chocolate Raspberry with Vanilla filling.

Cowgirl Jessie was made for 2 year old Bentley. Jessie is made out of fondant. Her head is made out of Rice Krispy Treat. The bale of hay is chocolate and vanilla cake covered in piped hay.

Vegan Pool Cake

This is my first vegan cake! I was a little scared since I am fond of eggs. It turned out quite yummy. The birthday girl, Adriane wanted a vegan cake and had no theme in mind. This summer she worked as a lifeguard so my boyfriend which is her uncle thought it would be cool to make a pool.

Super Heroes Unite for Roman's Birthday


Roman turned 4 and wanted a super hero cake. He gave me a long list of everyone he wanted but I had to shorten it to 4: Superman, Incredible Hulk, Batman and Spiderman are all made of fondant and details were drawn on with edible ink. My favorite super hero is Superman, it's the hair ;)

Luau Cake




This cake was for Robert Jr and Madison. Their mommy Blanca wanted a luau theme. This was my first time using brown sugar as sand. It was a little messy but worth it.
